The Process is a three movement work that features a lot of soloists within the ensemble. This piece was born out of a renewed sense of creativity after a long period of creative drought. In this human life, we all go through periods of darkness and drought at some point. The giants we face are only as big as we allow them to be, and we must learn to trust the process. This is a very big thing I have learned as time has passed, especially in recent months. If you are broken, go through the time of contemplation and meditation, and then allow yourself to be restored anew.  This piece is the musical journey of that process.
