Glory Fills My Soul was a very early project, written as a challenge by one of my college professors - but not a music professor.  One of my undergraduate classes was "Basic Philosophical Questions".  As part of our final project, the professor challenged us to "think outside the box" in one of the areas we had studied.  One of the options was Dark vs. Light.  Thus, this piece was born.  It's written for an unusual setup of vocal duet with trumpet, along with piano; but was very well-received - and got me a good grade.  :)
